+ With the new year comes new resolutions. Of course, many of these are the same resolutions year after year. Personally, I stopped making resolutions many moons ago, but there are always a few things that I’m totally like “I’m really gonna do that next year!” or “I need to get back to doing that!”
Unfortunately, for me, getting back into some kind of decent shape is on this list. Working at home is great in some ways, but really sucks in others. One of the worst things is that you become extra sedentary. There’s not really an office to walk around, the copier and/or printer is by your side, and there’s certainly no option to take the stairs instead of the elevator. One of the things that I need in my fitness voyage is some new workout wear. I find that having dedicated workout wear helps get me motivated, and besides, there’s been amazing advances in fitness wear in the past 5-10 years, like sweat wicking!, that are available to the rest of us at reasonable prices. This fitness mix and match wardrobe is a great start. It encompasses a whole variety of workout wear, no matter what your choice of exercise is.
