When asked what their favorite cocktails are, lots of people will respond with “margarita!” Usually, though, what they’re thinking of is one of those frozen concoctions that comes out of something that looks like a machine you see at the convenience store. Instead of being blended, and then sweetened with fruit, a classic margarita on the rocks lets the quality ingredients shine through. Because it’s so unadulterated, you’ll want to use good quality liquors and fresh juices for this cocktail. And let’s be honest – a margarita on the rocks lends an air of sophistication to any get together.
