We used to go on cruises all the time.  A lot of day cruises, a few 3 and 4 day ones.  Once the dramamine kicks in, I find it to be rather peaceful and relaxing. 

Thankfully, they've almost all gone very smoothly.  The worst one was a trip to Mexico, where the power went out on the ship.  UGH!!  It was hot and steamy.  And DARK!  Luckily, they got the problem fixed after a couple hours.
