Use washable and reusable baggies for sandwiches and snacks!

I used zero wrapping paper this Christmas – we've been recycling fabric gift bags, baskets and sturdy boxes for several years now. If you're giving some kitchen items, for instance, you can wrap them in a new kitchen towel or a bath set can be made into a simple origami design.
A natural way of removing any odors in your fridge is to just place an open container of baking soda in it.
Cut your steel pads in half with your kitchen shears. It doubles the number of pads you use for cleaning around the house and it sharpens your shears!
upcycle items such as pallets and drawer pulls to make cute coat racks out of items that would otherwise go to the landfills.
Make a compost for left over food. That's what we do at my house.
recycle everything you can……..we have recycling bins here that they pick up once a week…its great

Use less and recycle! I recycle everything I possibly can even food by composting!
recycle everything you can. Cardboard, all plastics and metal, newspapers and magazines..and rinse out the cans/cartons before you throw them in the bin, it's the polite thing to do!
I agree about steam mops, they are amazing. And re-using gift bags, we do that as well. But all of this has been said! Hmm. Make sure to use re-usable cloths for cleaning rather than paper towels!
to save energy we turn the water heater off when we are not home

Drink water from the tap rather that from a bottle.
Use leftover lemons, or lemon skins to clean things!
Use paper retriever to recycle your mail!
My eco friendly tip is to is to use common household ingredients for cleaning (baking soda, cider vinegar, peroxide, etc.) instead of buying toxic, expensive cleaners.
Wash only full loads of laundry in cold water
recycle coffee grounds in your compost pile.
Shop at thrift stores. Saves money and recycles stuff.

When we go hiking, we always bring a small trash bag with us. People don't mind taking things in with them, but they don't always pack it out. We always end up bringing out a bag full of stuff that doesn't belong along the trail.
vodka can be used a air fresher… spay it on couches and carpets… drys clean and defuses smell… and excess coffee grounds can be composted into your flower bed/soil.
buy a stonger baggie so you can reuse the by washing them out
use lemons for clenaing
Try cloth diapers! You never know you might just like them
