I have been trying. I really have. I’ve been walking instead of driving (when I can); I’ve been trying to exercise more regularly. I’ve even been trying to eat better; I already cut out meat, but I’ve been working on eating a more balanced diet, cooking more at home, etc.

wow, I recently found out I was borderline for diabetes. This is great. Thanks for posting, it has the same carbs and sugar as most yogurts. Now i know I can enjoy something other than a plain yogurt with an equal added to it…LOL
this looks so good!
Thanks for this article. I will really try this out. Me and wife love the "good" ice cream are now counting the calories to maintain our weight.
My daughter has talked about this and it sounds great….would love to try all those flavors! I know some of our Hy-vee grocery stores carry them. I will have to check it out. They are low in calories and have protein…perfect for my family. I'm glad to hear they come in bars too.
The bars are really good! The pints can be a little hard to scoop out of.
I have to try the pumpkin flavor. I'm sure I would like the peanut butter chocolate too!!
I wasn't aware that they were ok for Type 2 diabetes patients…that is wonderful
I thought my husband would just have to stick with the teaspoon of regualr ice cream that he has every so often…what a nice change this would be!
I'm an ice cream fanatic! I get cravings for that yummy sugary stuff all the time but I know it's not good for me, especially now that I'm Insulin Resistant. I really need to change my eating habits and would love to give Artic Zero a try, especially the Mint Chocolate Cookie!
I love that they have gluten free ice cream, plus they have my favorite, pumpkin!!
Funny that I found this giveaway on your site! My mom JUST told me about Artic Zero. Her review was similar to yours although she said it wasn't as good as ice cream but a good occasional treat when she is craving nice cream. She loved that she could eat the whole pint herself! For a no sugar and no fat, it sounds pretty good!
OH MY GOSH. Coffee? Chocolate Peanut Butter? I looooooooove ice cream, and this stuff is amazing! Winning the giveaway would make my week!!! livinglearningeating AT gmail DOT com
i need to try this. looks so good!
I can't wait to try Cookies and Cream! Yummy, low calorie goodies
I have seen these in the store, but haven't yet tried them. Maybe I should.
This sounds so good!!! My husband is diabetic so I would like to get it for him. He eats far too many sweets.
Those flavors look delicious.
nice review! I have a serious sweet tooth and ice cream is one of my weaknesses. I am going to look for this stuff on my next shopping trip because I need options!
All of these flavors look great. I've been trying this gelato that's supposed to be better for you than ice cream, but it's just not doing it. No flavor…Arctic Zero looks yummy.
i like their variety of flavors but especially it is only 150 calories per pint
I would love to try some of this. It sounds delicious and I love that it's all natural and fat free.
I'm going to recommend this to my Mom! She is undergoing Cancer treatment and her doctor wants her to eat healthy. Since she's tired all the time, she likes her little "pick me ups" and this would be perfect without all the unhealthy stuff. Thanks
Wow! I never heard of it!!! I am excited for my Mom as she has Diabetes and loves ice cream but stays away from it. I have not seen it in my local Grocery Store:)
I have been seeing this a lot lately, but haven't jumped on it because I was not sure if it was good or not. Maybe I will give it a shot next time I see it/
I'm wondering if it tastes like Splenda or aspertame. I'm not a fan of those, if it doesn't I would totally try it.
It doesn’t taste like aspartame. O’ve never noticed a taste with Splenda, so I’m not much of a help there.
I enjoy ice cream very much and this sounds great with being low calorie.
I haven't seen this product yet but would love to try the chocolate peanut butter.
I have tried a few flavors and really liked the cookies n creme, although it's very different than the typical cookies n creme flavor. For some reason, the chocolate flavor was really hard and lacked flavor, and I wouldn't recommend it, but definitely try cookies n creme!
i have seen givaways for this but didnt enter cause i didnt know much about it. thanks for sharing- now i know i will enter giveaways for this!
I have to try this. Sounds like my kind of healthy snack!
My friend told me these are amazing. This review makes me have to go get some.
The coffee and the pumpkin spice both look good! My husband won't eat "diet" anything, but I bet I could get him to eat these.
i have not eaten this kind and would love to try it
i love the fact that its all natural but doesnt taste like it. I have wanted to try this for awhile.
Wow, guilt-free and delicious?? I am going to have to try these! I haven't seen them anywhere yet, but I tend to try to stay away from the ice cream aisle. These might not technically be ice cream, but I suspect that's where I'll find them!
I keep hearing about this Ice Cream but cannot find it anywhere near me! I'd love to try it!
It's post like this that make me wish I wasnt allergic to dairy. Lactose intolerance deals with the sugar, my problem is the protein…and soy is an issue too. This looks AMAZING though! I love that they have made so that diabetics can enjoy it.
I would try the chocolate peanut butter first!
If it is not ice cream what is it made of?
these look really good i would love to try them
I would like to try this and the coffee flavor is the one I would sample. 150 calories in the whole pint?! I have a weakness for ice cream and prefer the premium high-fat creamy ones. But I'm wary about weather the price is reasonable.
Lots of great flavors.. This sounds like it's definitely worth a try!
this is just what I have been looking for! Low calories and yummy!
