Last week, I was having one of those weeks. You know, the ones where no matter what you do, everything turns out the opposite of how you expect it to. The car was acting funny, it was raining really hard (needed the rain, but cut into my plans). To top it all off, my computer stared acting up, and that was a huge, no MAJOR, problem. I use my computer daily for my job, and no computer means no income.

I don’t surf questionable sites or download a bunch of stuff willy-nilly, but I had something trying to take over my browser, and my trusty Red (computer) had a miserable case of the slows. We arranged a time that worked for me, and they called as promised. Then the technician went to work. He asked what kind of problems I was having, and removed the pesky browser takeover virus, and some malware and spyware. He actually said that my system wasn’t too bad! That made me feel better, because I was expecting to be told that I was loaded up with bad stuff on my computer.
The best part of this whole computer cleanup experience was that it took a couple of hours, but I didn’t lose my computer for overnight, or longer, as I have in the past when I had to take it to a shop for repair. I imagine if you had a more serious problem, it could take longer, but I was really pleased with the experience.

My computer is not acting so great either! It likes to randomly shut off all of the time. My husband is pretty good with fixing it, but this time I think we're going to have to bring it in somewhere!
