Do you like to play games? I do, and I always have. I loved board games as a child and progressed into computer games. Computer games have since progressed into online games. One of the things I really enjoy about online games is the fact that if I’m in the mood to play a new game, I just log on and go find one!
Whether it’s downloadable or playable online, there’s a myriad of games out there. One of the newest is Tail Towns Friends. Tail Towns Friends is a new Facebook game that‘s free to play. I know, I know – we’ve all had our feeds inundated by Facebook friends that play their social games. I’ve been playing Tail Towns Friends, along with a few of my friends, for about a week now. During that week, I haven’t noticed any game updates coming through my feed.
Anyway, Tail Towns Friends is a fun game where you need to help save a town that’s being taken over by a ruthless monopoly. The Retes are forcing all the growers into signing exclusivity contracts with them. Soon, there will be no other suppliers for the town’s produce! It’s up to you to help stop them!

Don’t worry though – this isn’t like the huge farming game that took over Facebook! This game has amazing graphics. Rather than appearing game-like, the graphic look more like a story book. I kept trying to figure out what Tail Towns Friends reminded me of, then it hit me! It reminds me of Stuart Little! Granted, part of that may be because the characters are small animals like mice, a fox, and a chipmunk?
Another selling point of the game is the built in drama. Sabotage! Old Money vs. New Money! Rebellion vs. the Status Quo! Staying true to yourself vs. selling out and making life easier! These are all part of the soap opera-esque storylines. Part of the storyline is creating your very own country escape. How, you ask? By rebuilding your family’s dilapidated orchards! As you rebuild the orchards to battle the Retes, the old country estate slowly regains its glamour of yesteryear. The longer you play, the more developed, and inter-twining, the storylines become. Ooh la la!

Once you see Tail Towns Friends’ graphics, chances are you’ll want to collect the figurines! They’re seriously that cute. The sneaky designers knew this would happen! There’s a whole line of Tail Towns figurines. These are all hand-painted with stunning detail. They also come with a special code you can register in the game. When you register your figurines, Tail Towns Friends opens up a whole new level of gameplay. You’ll even find out about the characters’ secret lives. Oh, the intrigue!
Take Tail Towns Friends for a test drive.
