World Book Night Experience
I too love to read.I have two Kindles.I think anything that is done to prompt people to read is good especially children. I learned to read at an early age in my grandfathers attic where hundreds old National Geographics and Readers digest were stored.I spent most of my young life up there and I still can't get enough to read.and I am 76 years old.
My favorite children's books
Where the Wild Things are, Dr.Souse books, Swiss Family Robinson,Hans Christian Anderson,Any book about animals or nature.
I had 4 children and had many a hectic day with them too.I firmly believe in keeping a close eye on children in public places.I scolded my daughter once when we went shopping with my 4 year old grandson and she let him wander around.I made her promise to never do that again.
